Job Summary

This temporary role (January 2026 - January 2030) as an Agile Master/Scrum Master involves supporting the "PADI Idea" project team within a leading German insurance group. The core responsibilities include driving necessary changes related to DevOps and agile system development, and actively coaching the Product Owner and development team on their agile roles and tasks. You will be responsible for organizing essential Scrum events such as Dailies, Retrospectives, and Sprint Reviews, while ensuring the team adheres to agile rituals, processes, and regulatory requirements. A key focus is establishing an agile mindset within the teams and the company, utilizing a foundational understanding of DevSecOps processes to effectively remove impediments alongside the team and the Release Train Engineer (RTE).
