Job Summary

This challenging role as a Project Manager in Electrical Engineering involves leading complex development projects for high-profile clients in the electrical and automation technology sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include meticulous planning of schedules and resources, proactive client communication, and rigorous cost tracking, including the creation of change orders. A key component of the role is leadership, specifically developing and managing installation teams, including senior fitters and subcontractors, while also identifying and resolving conflicts early. To succeed, you must bring a completed degree in Electrical Engineering and several years of experience managing electrical projects. Required technical competencies include familiarity with PM tools like MS Project or Primavera, CAD software such as AutoCAD or EPLAN, and knowledge of relevant electrical standards and modern technologies like IoT and Smart Grids.
