Job Summary

This role is seeking an ambitious IT professional, either an experienced specialist or a motivated newcomer, to join a team focused on advancing technology and implementing smart IT solutions. The core responsibilities include providing comprehensive 1st and potentially 2nd Level IT Support, acting as the primary point of contact for service requests, and managing ticket classification and dispatching according to ITIL guidelines. A key technical component involves planning and commissioning security infrastructure systems, such as Firewalls, Proxy Servers, Antivirus protection, and VPN solutions, alongside coordinating system operations and maintenance. Candidates should possess a relevant IT qualification, excellent knowledge of PC hardware, Windows operating systems, and familiarity with ITIL, networking (LAN/WAN/VPN), and Microsoft 365 tools.
