Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious PLC Programmer, whether a career starter or an experienced professional, looking to drive the next level of technology and support the digitalization of production processes within the Industry 4.0 paradigm. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing automation solutions for new and integrating existing third-party systems, focusing heavily on independent programming of PLC controls using SIMATIC Step 7 and TIA Portal. You will also be responsible for process visualization using WinCC, and analyzing and optimizing both existing and new systems. The ideal candidate holds a qualification as a certified Technician in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation Technology, or a comparable university degree, coupled with fundamental knowledge and initial professional experience in PLC applications. Fluency in German and good English skills are mandatory for success in this challenging and varied project environment.
