Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious IT Specialist or Systems Administrator ready to drive technological progress by integrating and optimizing IT systems for various clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of new hardware, systems, and servers, alongside providing crucial administration and support for clients and servers. A key focus will be on troubleshooting and resolving system malfunctions, maintaining hardware and peripherals, and actively supporting migration projects and rollout planning directly at customer locations. The ideal candidate holds a degree or vocational qualification in IT, possesses experience with Microsoft or Linux operating systems, and ideally has knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Exchange. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, high service and customer orientation, and experience utilizing ticketing systems.
