Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious EMC System Engineer to join the FERCHAU team, working on cutting-edge technology solutions for diverse clients. Day-to-day responsibilities involve analyzing Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) requirements and liaising with customers to ensure clarity. The engineer will be crucial in developing and supporting system specifications and test criteria, focusing on the development and optimization of electric drive systems, components, and interfaces to meet customer needs. A key part of the job is troubleshooting EMC deviations and devising corrective measures, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams including electrical machine, power electronics, software, and mechanics interfaces. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics, coupled with initial professional experience in technical project management and strong analytical skills. Excellent command of German and good English skills are required for effective communication.
