Laboratory Technician | Laborant (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Laboratory Technician responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of raw materials, finished products, and water. Day-to-day tasks involve independently conducting microbiological, chemical, physical, and sensory testing on product and water samples, as well as calibrating measuring instruments. A key part of the role is supporting the Quality Management/Quality Assurance (QM/QS) system, specifically adhering to standards like IFS, and assisting in maintaining and improving existing certifications (e.g., IFS / ISO 14001). The ideal candidate holds a relevant vocational qualification (e.g., Laboratory Technician, CTA, PTA) or a degree in Oecotrophology or Food/Beverage Technology, coupled with at least two years of relevant professional experience. This position offers a permanent contract, above-tariff wages (starting at €20.00/hour), and requires flexibility for multi-shift work, including weekends.
