Job Summary

This role involves working as an IT Service Technician, primarily providing high-quality client services and end-user support for the IT workstations of an industrial company. The core responsibilities include processing various support requests based on B/F (Break/Fix), IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes), and H+E (Hardware and Equipment) tickets, managing individual project assignments, and delivering essential on-site support for Windows clients directly at the customer's location. The ideal candidate possesses experience in computer configuration, software distribution, fundamental knowledge of networking (including patching), and basic proficiency with common Windows operating systems. This is a full-time, permanent position, initially offered through temporary employment with a strong option for permanent takeover.
