Job Summary

This permanent position as an IT System Administrator involves the comprehensive management and maintenance of the company's core IT infrastructure, including servers and networks. Key daily responsibilities include providing essential technical support to end-users, troubleshooting system issues, and conducting error analyses to ensure optimal performance. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the installation and configuration of hardware and software, rigorous documentation of IT processes, and ensuring strict adherence to IT security and data protection guidelines. Candidates must possess a degree or vocational training in Computer Science, coupled with practical experience in system administration and technical support. Required technical knowledge includes proficiency in both Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as a strong understanding of fundamental network technologies such as DNS, DHCP, and VPN. This role offers the opportunity for proactive system optimization and collaboration with external service providers on key projects.
