Job Summary

This strategic leadership role involves the technical and disciplinary management of the global Connectivity department, encompassing approximately 23 team members across Germany and globally. The Head of Connectivity is responsible for the entire network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, VPN, WLAN, Firewall systems, and Remote Access. Key responsibilities include the strategic advancement of the global network architecture, implementing Zero-Trust design principles in coordination with Corporate Security, and ensuring stable, secure operations and high availability. The role requires establishing and managing Cloud Connectivity (Azure, AWS, GCP) within a hybrid architecture, overseeing budget and resources, and managing relevant KPIs and SLAs. Successful candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or related field, multi-year professional experience in networking, and proven leadership or project management expertise, coupled with fluent German and English skills.
