Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up, dismantling, and reconfiguring IT workstations, deploying new hardware, personalizing devices, and providing user instruction on software and hardware usage. A core function is managing the entire lifecycle of IT incidents: accepting disturbances via a ticket system, processing solutions, and meticulously documenting all work processes. The ideal candidate holds a completed vocational qualification in the IT field (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics) and possesses knowledge of asset management, Active Directory user administration, and fundamental network technology.
