Job Summary

This role involves working as a Laboratory Technician within a state-of-the-art, large-scale dairy production facility that emphasizes automation and digitalization. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing instrumental measurements, conducting chemical-physical, and microbiological tests essential for quality control in food production. Key daily tasks include recording and evaluating results, performing error analyses, preparing and managing hygiene controls, and organizing and providing samples for testing. To qualify, candidates must possess formal training as a Dairy Laboratory Technician or an equivalent qualification, coupled with relevant experience in an industrial setting. The role requires flexibility, including willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, and demands excellent German language skills.
