Job Summary

This role involves independently managing Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MCR) technology projects across all phases of service (HOAI). The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing budgets, timelines, and coordinating planning teams and contractors to ensure project goals are met. A key focus is acting as the client representative, safeguarding company interests, and actively contributing to energy efficiency improvements by optimizing existing automation and control strategies. This position requires a background in engineering (Building Automation, Electrical, or similar), strong knowledge of relevant German construction regulations (HOAI, VOB, BGB), and proven experience in planning and leading high-volume MCR projects. Success in this role demands excellent organizational skills, a structured approach, and fluent German communication to effectively manage stakeholders and ensure quality assurance.
