Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced IT Service Technician to provide essential onsite support within an industrial environment in Marklkofen. The primary responsibilities include ensuring seamless IT operations across the company, providing hands-on support for Windows client operating systems, printers, network components, and IP telephony devices. You will localize and resolve user errors directly, manage service requests via a ticketing system, and handle IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes) tasks. The ideal candidate possesses solid knowledge of PC and peripheral hardware, proficiency in standard software like O365 and Adobe, and initial experience with network patching and ticket management.
