Job Summary

This role involves performing critical quality control and analytical tasks within a physical testing laboratory for an internationally leading DAX 40 materials group specializing in highly innovative polymer materials, specifically thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPU). The Chemical Laboratory Technician will be responsible for conducting quality inspections of TPU for international use, supporting production monitoring, and preparing test specimens using methods like injection molding and film extrusion. Daily duties include executing mechanical and analytical testing, accurately documenting and evaluating results according to standards, and maintaining laboratory equipment and the internal lab network, including software updates. Candidates must have a completed education as a Chemical Laboratory Technician or equivalent, proficiency with MS Office and LIMS/analytical software, and the willingness to work in alternating day shifts (early/late).
