Job Summary

This role involves operating and maintaining complex building services systems, focusing heavily on Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MCR/I&C) technology within a major university hospital setting in Rostock. The technician will be responsible for managing system malfunctions, executing repairs and maintenance orders, and ensuring the functional safety of control systems. Key tasks include programming and commissioning MCR devices, sensors, and actuators, performing regular maintenance on building services systems (HVAC, plumbing), and updating the Building Management System (BMS) interface. Candidates must possess a background in Electrical or Automation Engineering, or relevant experience in HVAC/Plumbing with MCR qualifications, coupled with at least three years of professional experience in the field. This position requires participation in the technical on-call service and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting critical infrastructure.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering or Automation Technology, or a qualification as a Plant Mechanic (HVAC/Plumbing) with verifiable additional qualifications in the MCR field.

Experience
