Job Summary
This role is for an engaged IT Support Specialist to join one of Europe's largest IT service providers, focusing on maintaining stable, secure, and efficient technological systems for client companies. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing complex technical cases and escalations, performing rapid analysis, and finding creative solutions for diverse IT problems. You will be responsible for efficient prioritization, especially during high ticket volumes, and ensuring meticulous documentation of all steps and solutions within the customer system. The ideal candidate has prior experience in IT support or a service desk environment, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in using ticketing systems.
