Job Summary
This role involves providing essential first-level technical application support for PC users within a leading IT service provider's complex infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting IT issues, managing the local IT infrastructure, and handling the setup, installation, and relocation of IT hardware such as PCs, monitors, and peripherals. The specialist will also perform basic maintenance on workstations, printers, and scanners, and assist with patching and connecting devices. Key qualifications include a completed IT education or at least one year of relevant practical experience, strong hardware knowledge, and a basic understanding of network technology. The position requires a reliable, service-oriented approach and excellent German language skills (C1 level). This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary up to €3400 gross per month and good development prospects.
