The Customer Service Specialist will act as a critical interface between customers, the headquarters, and sales companies, utilizing various ERP systems to manage and prioritize orders. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, maintaining price master data for distributors, and guaranteeing operating profit and cash flow for products. The specialist will collaborate closely with internal departments such as Customs, Legal, Warehouse, Shipping, and IT. Candidates should possess a commercial vocational qualification or a degree in Business Administration, coupled with initial experience in ERP systems like SAP SD or Oracle, and strong fluency in both German and English. This position offers a structured onboarding program, flat hierarchies, and significant room for personal and professional development within modern office spaces.
