This role is for an experienced Service Desk Agent to join an established support team, providing essential IT support for a technology group in Munich. The agent will be responsible for delivering First Level Support via telephone and a ticket system (Service Now), diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, and escalating complex problems as needed. A core part of the role involves technically evaluating customer inquiries and advising users on end devices, applications, and IT processes. The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT education or equivalent qualification, strong technical and organizational understanding, and excellent proficiency in both German and English, ensuring smooth communication within the corporate IT environment.
