Job Summary

The German Federal Pension Insurance (Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund) is seeking a Master Technician for Supply Engineering (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Sanitary - HKLS) to join their Building Management department in Berlin. This critical role involves ensuring the smooth, fault-free operation and technical safety of all supply engineering systems, including fire extinguishing systems, across a major service building (approx. 100,000 sqm gross floor area). Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating tasks and personnel for a five-person trades team, managing technical documentation, overseeing inspections, maintenance, and repair work, and instructing external service providers.
