Job Summary

This role is for a Service Design Manager focusing on the OpenShift Container Platform within the shared data center of the German Pension Insurance Fund (Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund). The successful candidate will be responsible for the conceptual design, continuous development, and management of services related to the OpenShift platform. Key daily activities include analyzing requirements from technical departments and development teams, designing and optimizing services according to ITIL standards (focusing on Design, Transition, and Operation processes), and managing work groups and projects related to platform services. Required Skills

Education

Completed university education (Bachelor, Diploma FH) in the IT field, or completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker), or an equivalent qualification (e.g., IT-specific qualification), or comparable practical experience in the IT field
