Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive management, maintenance, and repair of highly innovative and modern building services technology within a leading agricultural production facility specializing in pepper cultivation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all electrical systems, water management infrastructure, and energy supply, including a combined heat and power plant (CHP) and an 8 MW wood heating plant. Key tasks include troubleshooting and fault analysis for all electronic and technical systems, acting as the primary contact for equipment manufacturers, and performing maintenance on specialized machinery, such as self-driving harvesting and maintenance vehicles. Candidates should possess formal qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field, strong knowledge of low and high voltage systems, and experience with modern industrial controls (SPS, bus systems, PV, and emergency power systems). This full-time, permanent position offers an attractive work environment within one of Southern Germany's largest and most modern greenhouse operations.
