Job Summary

This full-time role involves managing and maintaining the complex electrical and technical infrastructure for a highly innovative, modern agricultural production facility. Based in Southern Germany, the successful candidate will oversee the entire building services technology, which includes state-of-the-art systems like PV arrays, comprehensive water management, self-propelled harvesting vehicles, and sophisticated sorting/packing stations. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting faults, performing maintenance on all electronic and technical installations, and managing the entire energy and heat supply, including a combined heat and power (CHP) plant and an 8 MW wood heating plant. You will serve as the primary contact for equipment manufacturers and handle all types of repairs. Candidates must possess a qualification as an Electrician, Master Electrician, or Electrical Engineer, coupled with foundational professional experience and specialized knowledge in high/low voltage, bus systems, PLCs, and switchgear. This position offers an attractive work environment with the option for permanent takeover by the client company.
