Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of electrical systems within various properties as a Building Services Technician in Munich. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing diverse electrical installations, independently troubleshooting and resolving system malfunctions, optimizing operational processes, and conducting scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs. A key component of the job is the digital documentation of all activities using mobile devices. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant electro-technical background (e.g., as an Electrician or Mechatronics Technician) and ideally has initial experience in technical facility management.
