Job Summary

This role is centered on providing expert technical consulting and support, primarily via telephone hotline, to Solarwatt partners, installers, and end customers regarding the latest generation of photovoltaic systems and sector coupling products (including heat pumps and e-mobility solutions). Day-to-day tasks involve handling customer inquiries, performing remote diagnostics, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting the planning and commissioning of complex system configurations. The specialist is responsible for analyzing error patterns, deriving independent resolution strategies, and identifying product weaknesses in close collaboration with the Quality and Product Management teams. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical qualification (Meister/Technician) and at least two years of relevant professional experience in technical customer service, combined with strong problem-solving abilities and fluency in both German and English. This is a full-time, unlimited position offering flexible working hours within the innovative renewable energy sector.

Required Skills
