Job Summary

This role involves actively shaping the digital future of the university's student services department. The coordinator will analyze existing administrative processes, identify optimization potential, and efficiently redesign workflows. Key responsibilities include developing a comprehensive digitalization concept for the department, planning and implementing the electronic student file system, and managing interfaces with the university's Document Management System. The role also supports the technical supervision of specific administrative software modules (APP and STU in HISinOne) and ensures continuous development of data protection processes. This position is ideal for someone with a background in process management and digitalization who seeks a varied, responsible, and impactful role within a modern, agile higher education environment, offering flexible work arrangements and mobile work options.

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Administrative Sciences, Business Informatics, Public Management, or a comparable digitalization-related field. Qualified lateral entrants with relevant professional experience are also welcome.
