Scheduler / Planner for Road and Civil Engineering | Terminplaner Straßen- und Tiefbau (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role requires an experienced professional to manage and execute comprehensive scheduling for complex road and civil engineering projects, spanning both the bidding and execution phases. The primary responsibilities include creating detailed and high-level schedules, acting as the main point of contact for schedule updates and control during project implementation, and proactively identifying risks and opportunities for optimizing construction timelines. Day-to-day tasks involve supporting the creation of essential construction site reports, performing required actual-versus-target comparisons, and assisting with change order processing and the documentation of schedule modifications. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, coupled with several years of experience in construction scheduling, and demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard planning software such as Asta Powerproject, MS Project, or TILOS.
