Job Summary
This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional passionate about technology and innovation, specializing in maintaining the smooth operation of SAP Ariba Guided Buying. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing incoming service requests and incidents using a ticket system, providing essential support to end-users with navigation and basic troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The specialist will also be responsible for documenting ticket logs, updating documentation for continuous improvement, and escalating complex issues to appropriate IT support teams. Key qualifications include basic knowledge of SAP Ariba (training provided), experience with ticket systems, and strong customer orientation.
