Job Summary

This role involves leading a dedicated team responsible for the electrical commissioning process within FERCHAU Rostock. Day-to-day, you will provide technical and personnel leadership, organize optimal manufacturing and commissioning workflows, manage personnel deployment and scheduling, and oversee external partner firms. A critical component is ensuring quality assurance, meticulous documentation, and driving continuous improvement (KVP) processes within your area. You will also be responsible for monitoring operational process KPIs, deriving manufacturing controls, and implementing occupational safety standards. The ideal candidate holds a Master Craftsman or certified Technician qualification in Electrical Engineering, combined with multi-year professional experience in installing and commissioning complex electrical systems and proven leadership capabilities.
