Job Summary

As an Electrical Validation Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the grid stability of wind turbines. Your daily responsibilities include performing Fault Ride Through (FRT) tests, planning and setting up test systems, and configuring medium-voltage circuits. You will be responsible for power quality measurements, analyzing test data, and documenting results. Additionally, you will implement software updates and parameter adjustments on wind energy systems while collaborating with international departments and suppliers to optimize system performance. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in Fault Ride Through (FRT) testing and international grid guidelines (IEC 61400-21-1, FGW TR3)
  • Practical experience with medium-voltage switchgear and measurement technology is desirable
  • Experience in independent, structured, and goal-oriented project execution
  • Experience in technical documentation and analysis of test results
