Job Summary

This leadership role focuses on managing the mechanical and/or electrical commissioning processes within a dynamic technology environment. The Team Leader will be responsible for the technical and personnel management of their assigned group, driving the implementation of departmental strategies, and contributing to the achievement of organizational goals. Day-to-day tasks include optimizing manufacturing and commissioning workflows, scheduling personnel and deadlines, and managing external partners. A core function is quality assurance, documentation, and leading continuous improvement processes using relevant metrics. This position requires a background in mechanics, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering, coupled with proven leadership experience and professional expertise in the installation and commissioning of complex systems. The ideal candidate possesses knowledge of relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO, STCW) and is proficient in both German and English.
