Job Summary

This role requires an ambitious professional to manage the entire lifecycle of network connection projects, ensuring technical and economic feasibility for complex infrastructure initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing site conditions, requesting and rigorously reviewing technical offers from local network operators, and leading critical contract negotiations while adhering to technical and commercial constraints. The manager will coordinate closely with internal technical departments, external civil engineering firms, project developers, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth execution and timely completion. A successful candidate must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Economics, or a related field, coupled with practical experience interacting with network operators and deep knowledge of German regulatory frameworks such as EnWG and NAV. The position demands strong project management skills and proficiency with standard tools like MS Project and Excel, offering the opportunity to drive significant energy infrastructure projects and optimize internal processes.
