Job Summary

This role involves working as an EMC Measurement Engineer, focusing on qualifying components and systems concerning electromagnetic compatibility. Day-to-day tasks include conducting EMC qualifications at the assembly and system level, creating detailed test specifications, instructions, and comprehensive test reports. The engineer will also consult internal and external clients on EMC issues, particularly implementing solutions in high-frequency and radio technology for analog and digital circuits operating between 2 MHz and 18 GHz. Key qualifications include a degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Technology, or Measurement Technology, coupled with foundational knowledge in measurement, high-frequency, or amateur radio technology. Experience with measurement systems, ideally using tools like Rohde & Schwarz EMC32 or Elektra, and good knowledge of relevant EMC standards (including ISO 26262, Safety, and Security) are essential for success in this challenging and future-oriented position.
