Job Summary

This role involves integrating and optimizing IT systems for various clients, focusing heavily on support and security. As an IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation and setup of multifunction printers and associated software solutions. Day-to-day tasks include performing maintenance and repair work directly at customer sites, monitoring systems to ensure smooth operation, and analyzing customer environments to develop optimization proposals for improved workflows. A key part of the job is managing service requests efficiently within a ticket system and providing technical support to resolve customer issues. The ideal candidate possesses a completed technical education, preferably as an office information electronics technician or equivalent, and demonstrates strong IT affinity and secure handling of technical devices. Excellent German language skills (C1 level) are required for effective communication with clients.
