Job Summary

This role involves taking responsibility for planning manufacturing processes related to high-voltage storage systems, covering critical areas such as assembly, bonding, coating, and foaming. The Process Planner will manage equipment within their line segment, from initial design and specification through procurement and handover to industrialization teams. A key part of the job is developing standardized technical solutions while balancing time, cost, and quality objectives, and acting as a liaison to mediate decisions between development, planning, and operations teams. The ideal candidate holds a degree in engineering (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering) and possesses professional experience in planning and implementing manufacturing systems, preferably with knowledge of high-voltage battery production. Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2) is required for effective communication across the production network.
