Job Summary

This challenging role as a Specialist Project Manager in Electrical Engineering supports Thyssenkrupp Steel's groundbreaking "Green Steel" initiative and Strategy 20/30. The core responsibility is the planning and execution of investment projects concerning all metallurgical aggregates and plant technology. Day-to-day tasks involve managing the entire project lifecycle, including developing technical concepts, designing electrical systems, creating detailed request and order specifications, and ensuring rigorous adherence to technical standards, cost limits, and deadlines. The ideal candidate holds an Engineering degree in Electrical, Energy, or Automation Technology, complemented by significant project experience within a heavy industrial environment, such as the metal or chemical sector. This position offers the opportunity to take substantial responsibility, coordinate interfaces with various trades, and manage external suppliers, driving critical infrastructure modernization for one of Europe's largest steel producers.
