Job Summary

This role is ideal for a motivated and qualified IT professional ready to be the frontline technical expert, providing direct, onsite IT support to customers and employees. Key responsibilities include hands-on installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software, rapid troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues directly at the workstation. The specialist will work closely with 2nd Level Support and other IT teams to ensure seamless IT operations, document solutions, and assist with exciting IT projects and rollouts. Candidates must possess a completed IT qualification or equivalent, proven experience in IT support (ideally onsite), strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments, and a service-oriented approach combined with excellent communication skills.
