Job Summary
NConsult GmbH, based in Frankfurt am Main, is seeking a motivated and qualified 1st Level IT Support Specialist to be the primary point of contact for all IT inquiries. This role is crucial for ensuring customers and internal teams receive prompt and effective technical assistance. Day-to-day responsibilities include quickly responding to IT requests, handling incoming calls, and providing solution-oriented support for both software and hardware issues. The specialist will be responsible for creating and documenting support tickets and, when necessary, escalating complex issues to the 2nd Level Support team. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT-related education or equivalent qualification, coupled with initial experience in IT support or customer service. Strong technical understanding of Windows systems and basic networking, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented, helpful attitude are essential for success in this dynamic role.
