Job Summary

This role is designed for a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to join the Quality Management team in Falkenhagen/Prignitz. The specialist will be crucial in maintaining and improving quality standards by monitoring products and processes, handling customer complaints, and developing effective quality improvement measures. Key responsibilities include ensuring supplier quality through audits, managing product specifications, and implementing/maintaining ISO guidelines. Furthermore, the role involves ensuring the traceability of raw materials and finished products, acting as a Super-User for the Optivision system (designing and testing new label templates), and conducting internal training sessions related to Quality Management and laboratory procedures. Candidates should possess a technical or scientific degree, initial experience in the process industry, strong analytical and technical understanding, and be fluent in both German and English, making this a pivotal position for maintaining high operational quality standards.
