Job Summary

This critical role involves leading the Maintenance Team at the Falkenhagen/Prignitz site, taking full responsibility for the planning, execution, and analysis of electrical maintenance measures, ensuring alignment with demanding production requirements. The Team Leader acts as the primary technical expert for electrical specialists, focusing particularly on complex issues related to automation, network, and drive technology. Core duties include supervising and evaluating personnel performance, managing external service providers, and overseeing supplier selection and ordering processes. Furthermore, the role requires continuous monitoring and adaptation of maintenance software and hardware, developing long-term equipment maintenance strategies, and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols. Candidates must possess a strong background in electrical engineering and proven leadership experience.
