Job Summary
This is an attractive, permanent, full-time position as a Civil Engineer focusing on technical operations and project management within the municipal wastewater sector in Bruchhausen-Vilsen. The role involves serving as the Technical Operations Manager for the autonomous wastewater utility, ensuring smooth operation of the extensive 600 km sewage network and 50 km rainwater network. Key responsibilities include strategic network planning, managing the digital infrastructure (GIS/asset management), and overseeing all civil engineering projects related to maintenance, renovation, and new construction of sanitation systems and associated technical facilities like pumping stations. You will be responsible for project control (quality, cost, deadlines), acting as the client representative, managing external contractors, and updating the general drainage plan. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree (Bachelor/Diplom FH) in Civil Engineering, Urban Water Management, Environmental Technology, or a comparable field.
Experience

- Experience in assessing network condition (e.g., based on CCTV inspections)
