Job Summary
This role seeks a dedicated Specialist to drive the implementation of the municipal heat plan, focusing specifically on the expansion of heating networks and the integration of renewable heat sources. Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing expert technical support for district and local heating projects, guiding them from initial concept through to the implementation phase. Key tasks also include managing procurement procedures for necessary studies, overseeing contractors, and incorporating new findings into the ongoing municipal heat planning updates. The Specialist acts as a vital liaison, mediating between project stakeholders and relevant authorities to secure necessary land and permits. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in a relevant scientific or administrative field and possess several years of professional experience in climate-neutral energy and heat supply. Required Skills
Education
Completed scientific university degree (Master's or University Diploma) in Engineering, Environmental Science, Natural Science, Economics, or Administrative Science.
Experience
- Several years of relevant professional experience in climate-neutral energy and heat supply
- Proven expertise in climate-compatible heat supply, municipal heat planning, or urban planning
- Experience collaborating with public administration, particularly concerning permits, construction planning, and securing rights-of-way
