The Department Manager for Internal Support within Facility Management (FM) is tasked with comprehensively overseeing the entire FM support process, ensuring high standards in organization, documentation, communication, controlling, governance, and administration. A central responsibility involves developing and rigorously enforcing internal FM processes, utilizing standards such as BPMN 2.0. Key operational duties include managing procurement and contract administration in adherence to public contract law, executing detailed budget planning for both technical facility operations and the FM organization, and generating essential reports. This leadership position demands a completed degree in Economics or Industrial Engineering, coupled with exceptional resilience, communication, and leadership competence. The role requires navigating the complexities and constraints inherent in the public sector environment while driving significant contributions to the permanent organizational development of the Facility Management division.
