Job Summary

This 6-month mandatory internship offers a comprehensive deep-dive into the human resources operations of one of Lower Saxony's largest hospitals. As a Recruiting & Employer Branding Intern, you will take on significant responsibility by managing the pre-selection process for nursing apprenticeships and independently overseeing the recruitment for federal voluntary services and mandatory healthcare internships. Your day-to-day will involve coordinating student internships, organizing 'speed dating' events for current trainees, and representing the hospital at recruitment fairs and marketing events. This role is ideal for a proactive student looking to bridge the gap between academic theory and practical HR application. You will be fully integrated into a dedicated team, contributing creative ideas to marketing campaigns and supporting operational daily business.
