Job Summary

This leadership role involves managing the Second-Level Support department, focusing primarily on the maintenance and upkeep of organizational facilities and infrastructure. The Head of Second-Level Support is responsible for leading personnel, ensuring process and project orientation across the department, and driving organizational development within Facility Management. Key daily tasks include budget planning, control, and reporting (covering budget, defect, and risk reports). The ideal candidate possesses a technical degree (e.g., Facility Management, Building Technology, or similar), coupled with strong leadership skills, exceptional stress resilience, and high communication and teamwork abilities, particularly within a complex and constantly evolving organizational structure.
