Job Summary
This role is a scientific research position focused on identifying new genetic causes of familial heart diseases using advanced sequencing and analysis techniques (TES, WES, WGS, dPCR, qPCR). The successful candidate will be responsible for molecular biological and cellular characterization to elucidate potential disease mechanisms, utilizing methods such as cell culture, vector generation, and human stem cell models. Key responsibilities also include authoring publications, supervising doctoral candidates, and contributing to third-party funding applications, alongside teaching duties. Candidates must possess a completed scientific degree (Master's or PhD) in Biology, Biomedicine, or Life Sciences, coupled with strong research interest, motivation, and prior knowledge in molecular biology and genetics.
