Job Summary

This role involves driving the implementation of the eAkte (electronic file) system within the Organization and Personnel division, focusing on conceptualizing, developing, and implementing roles, authorizations, and system interfaces between eAkte and other federal agency systems. The manager will analyze the needs of various departments, develop product concepts, and provide expert support to Product Owners in the strategic and operational execution of products. Key responsibilities include designing product features, user stories, and UI/UX, working closely with the IT division and development team in a Scrum setup. Success requires strong knowledge of business process management, project management methodologies (including JIRA/MS Project), and practical experience with eAkte and SAP Solution Manager. The position also requires managing internal and external stakeholders, handling risk management, ensuring quality assurance of project documentation, and developing change management and communication plans.
