Job Summary

The Federal Real Estate Agency (BImA) is seeking an Operations Manager specializing in Technical Facility Management for its Berlin division. This crucial role involves overseeing the technical operation and safety of complex federal properties, including high-profile government buildings and constitutional bodies (e.g., Bundestag, Bundesrat). Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the entire technical building management lifecycle, from creating and optimizing operational concepts (including energy, fire protection, and wastewater) to planning and optimizing maintenance processes. You will be responsible for contract management with technical service providers, conducting economic efficiency calculations for new acquisitions, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
