Job Summary

This role involves providing critical First Level Support for LAN/WAN, Secure Access, and Remote Access services, often operating within staggered service hours. The specialist will be responsible for the acceptance, qualification, and processing of incidents and service requests according to client-specific SLAs. Key daily tasks include analyzing and resolving network disturbances, performing initial evaluations, and monitoring the network infrastructure using standard management platforms. Candidates must possess a technical degree or equivalent professional experience in networking, coupled with fundamental knowledge of communication and network solutions, ideally holding a Cisco certification (like CCNA or CCNP). The position requires strong proficiency in German and good working knowledge of English, experience with incident management and ticketing systems, and a willingness to participate in on-call duty.
